Message	like it can be in the car, but off and in the glovebox. Thats what my uncle explained to me as he did a lot a cross country driving a few years ago. I've driven through VA and that's what I thought the signs said something along the lines of "put it away" Funny thing is my girlfriend says I'm too fast. Go figure ~jonnyz (DC)
